JONAS NG
I believe that fitness has a transformative impact on not only your health, but also your mental resilience and self-perception. I started my own fitness journey clueless as a skinny kid who didn't know where to start. Ever since then, i've gained about 20kg in lean muscle, have a better self-perception of myself and feel more refreshed throughout the day.
As a current Sports Science undergraduate, i've decided to utilise my share of experience in physique building to help those who were as clueless as my past self to achieve their goals and reach a better state of health and mental wellness.
